Our little students hard at work...

It is hard work getting those caps back on the markers...
so Asher mostly just played.
The highlight of Karis' week was getting to work with the surprise school supply box from Mam-maw.
Karis counting fish.
She resorted to puzzles when the schoolwork was too much for her...
or she just whined.....
Malachi's favorites were playing with pattern blocks,
and making a neatly sorted army of teddy bears.
BUT the best part of the week was when we studied the difference between frogs and toads and got to hop like toads,
and leap like frogs.
Every good school needs playtime.
In science we had a few mishaps with the experiment so we ended up just playing with bubbles.
This is the scene of the failed science experiment. #1 cause of problem: the monster dressed in red.
Our little "readers": Asher....
and Karis. She is studying her biology homework. Not sure why it had to be done while sitting in a box.
Lastly, a few fun pictures.......
Next week: Buh-Buh Birds, and Beavers.

I'm loving that picture frame on the shelf in Asher's room! ;) I can't believe how much Asher looks like Karis! Holy Cow... it's been way too long since I've seen a picture of that kid...

Looks like a successful week! Way to go Teacher/Mama! :) Looking forward to next week's installment! :) Love you guys....
